HP Image Assistant Finds Updates but Drivers Never Actually Install

Hello all
I am struggling to get HP Image Assistant to work properly on Windows 11 system. It successfully completes the scanning task and reveals a number of driver updates that should be installed. However, after the installation process has run its course, the same updates appear time after time when another scan is run.
The first time I got HP Image Assistant was by downloading it from a genuine HP web page:

The program opens normally, performs system analysis and displays a message that the installation succeeded. But after rebooting and scanning again. The exact same drivers appear to be listed as requiring update once more.
Believing this could be a problem related to my installation I also grabbed the installer from another site:
https://printerdrivers.com/hp-image-assistant/
Unfortunately, the outcome was still exactly the same.
And here is what I already tried:
Executing HPIA as Administrator
Rebooting the PC after updates
Getting a new copy of HPIA

What baffles me is that HPIA gives a confirmation of success, yet driver versions seem not to be updated and update recommendations are still coming back.
Have any of you come across such issue where HP Image Assistant keeps detecting the very same updates over and over even after successful installation?

Forgive my ignorance, but exactly what does this have to do with 3D printing?

I was looking for a person who know how to fix printer driver and device management tools to help me. My problem is if there is a better section on the forum for this topic, please point it out.

The only reasonable place for this is in Off Topic Discussion, because this forum is all about (and only about) 3D printing – so don't expect to find any expertise in HP drivers here!
