Anet A8 Prusa I3 Pro B Hotend to dual belt plate setup advice

This is my dual belt plate. I believe I have a mk8 extruder.

What do I need to buy to make it all fit together nicely. I have wasted many days trying to work with what I have but really don't know what I am doing and cannot really tell from looking at pictures online what I need. There is no store I can go to and take it with me to get advice.

If I need to replace the dual belt plate then so be it. Is there a complete kit so I know I am not buying random things and going to carry on wasting my time?
