What laptop

Hi all
Being a newbie to 3D printing could someone suggest what laptop to buy,
I am probably going to get an Elegoo mars3 printer for the actual printing,
my budget is around £1000, and I have been told I would probably need a capable games laptop to get the best results
Has anyone got any ideas many thanks in advance.

Probably a bit late, but I'm new to this forum.

Any laptop with an i5 or i7 (or AMD equivalent) with 8Gb of memory (as a minimum) and an SSD should do the trick. It would also benefit from a separate graphics card to spread the load and not use up any part of the 8Gb of memory.

You should be able to find one on sale for around £800.
