Filament error

Hi all new to this site and 3D printing. I have a ender 3 printer which is ok and all running good and also have cheaper version a13 which is similar design which I brought before the ender. But there’s a issue on the screen saying that there’s a filament error and to change it. But the pla filament is ok and inserted correctly. Please help in this situation as I really want two printers running.
