It's a bit difficult to know what the problem is. You have listed multiple problems. Could you list each problem in a simple list so that we have the big picture. Also Have you tried re-flashing the board?

try, increasing the nozzle temp to 210 and the bed temp to 60.

With PLA if the bed is level and the nozzle height is ok you should not be having warping issues. It could be the filament is not very good.

Make sure that the nozzle height above the bed is, slightly squishing the first layer. Also make sure that there are no drafts. You could try turning the fan off or reducing its use on the first layer so the first layer does not cool too fast. PLA at 50 on a heated bed with masking tape should not h...

So it is very common to use masking tape for printing on. The first thing you have to ensure for first level adhesion is that the print bed is level. Yes in the printer settings for the slicer software it asks for the diameter of the nozzle used. The width of the extrusion path changes with layer height as you still have the same volume of plastic coming out of the extruder so if its lower then it has to be wider, if it is higher it is narrower. ...
